All deliveries are made by Australia Post eParcel/ Parcel Post service*. This service enables all orders to be tracked both by us and by you. Once we have dispatched your order you will receive and email from us confirming tracking details.

We aim to pack and dispatch most orders between 1-2 business days. However during busy periods orders may take between 2-3 business days to be dispatched.

Standard delivery by Australia Post is generally between 1-5 business days depending upon location.

Deliveries to WA and NT will take longer depending on your particular postcode. Deliveries to postcodes within these areas can take up to 5-12 business days.

All deliveries that are handled by Australia Post and can be traced via the Auspost website. Please note that some shipments require a signature on delivery and will be taken to the local Post Office for collection if there is no one in attendance. (If you're not going to be home during business hours, we suggest sending your order to a work address). When your order is sent from our warehouse we will send you a notification which will include tracking information.

Should your delivery arrive when you are not at home a card will be left and you may either pick up your order from your local post office if your order has been dispatched using Australia Post or if your order has been dispatched by courier you can call the courier company directly  to arrange redelivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. We require that, where possible, the recipient signs for the delivery. You agree that we have satisfied this condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner’s discretion).
