Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $9.95 per order and we offer FREE shipping on orders over $150 within Australia. If you would like an estimate for international shipping please email us at
We aim to pack and dispatch most orders between 1-2 business days, however during busy periods dispatch may take between 2-3 business days. Tracking details will be forwarded to you once shipped.
Your goods will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel service and 
standard delivery by Australia Post generally takes between 1-5 business days depending upon location.

Please note that some shipments require a signature on delivery and will be taken to the local Post Office for collection if there is no one in attendance. (If you're not going to be home during business hours, we suggest sending your order to a work address). 

Should your delivery arrive when you are not at home a card will be left. Your order may then either be collected from your local post office if your order has been dispatched using Australia Post or if your order has been dispatched by courier you can call the courier company directly  to arrange re-delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. We require that, where possible, the recipient signs for the delivery. You agree that we have satisfied this condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner’s discretion).

Returns & Replacements
  1. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.  If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
  2. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
  3. Unused items (still in original packaging) returned through 'change of mind' are at accepted however postage will not be re-imbursed. *Please note we are unable to accept returns on sale items.
  1. Our products are for sale to adults over the age of eighteen (18) years.  By proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.
  2. We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
  3. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.  Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
  4. Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.
  5. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details.  We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
  6. We undertake to accept or reject your order within 1 days.  If we have not responded to you within 1 days, your offer is deemed to be rejected.  We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
  7. Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website.  Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.  Our terms of payment are set out on the order page. 
  8. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.


Q. I don't live in Australia can I still use this website?
A. Absolutely, if you live overseas and are buying for someone in Australia simply enter your address for billing and theirs for shipping. You can also change the currency display on the top right of the home page.
Q. I have a discount code, how do I use it?
A. Discount codes must be entered in the shopping cart (before checkout) Once you have selected your product/s click on the shopping cart instead of checkout (top right of the page) Enter your code in the field marked Discount Coupons and click Apply Coupon You may now proceed to the checkout with your discount applied.
Q. How do I get a discount code?
A. Easy - make a purchase and either review your product on our site (follow the review link under the price in the product description) or post your review/comments on our Facebook or Google+ page - Let us know and we will send you out a discount code.
